Application Process
Investors and their families have the following investment options:
National Transformation Fund – Donation
- USD 150,000 contribution for a single applicant
- USD 200,000 contribution for main applicant with one dependent or family of up to 4
Real Estate
- USD 220,000 investment into an approved project in the Tourism Accommodation sector to be held for a minimum of 5 years
Other requirements:
- To qualify for citizenship, the main applicant must be over 18 years of age, meet the due diligence requirements and commit at least five days of visit within the first five years of obtaining citizenship.
- Grenada is a treaty country with the US that allows citizens to be eligible to apply for the non-immigrant E2 visa. This is on the basis they will be investing a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business.
