Unless your listing or registration data change, you do not need to renew your registration. If something changes, you must tell the Portuguese authorities within ten days.   10. A lease agreement, deeds, or other documentation granting you the right to rent your home.

For a property to be considered an Alojamento Local establishment, the rules do not stipulate a minimum or a maximum number of nights.
