UAE Wealth Visa
Application Process
The UAE retirement visa is valid and renewable as long as the conditions are maintained. The main applicant can sponsor his/her spouse and they can meet the financial requirements together. To qualify, they will need to meet one of the following:
Requirements
- AED 20,000 ($5,500) monthly income from government or company pension
- AED 1 million ($275,000) savings
- AED 2 million ($550,000) in property
- A combination of the second and third options for at least AED 2 million ($550,000)
Other requirements:
- Be at least 55 years old
- Have valid UAE health insurance
- Fulfill one of the final criteria listed below
